Any training content created with our MOONHUB Studios team is exclusive to your company and can be accessed via the Content Manager.

A learner seat allows one learner to have unlimited access to every training experience within the MOONHUB Library and any bespoke training created by MOONHUB Studios.

Our pricing plans have either a 12 month or 24 month subscription.

When a learner is deleted from the dashboard they can no longer train or view their training analytics. When a learner is added from the dashboard they must follow the instructions in the registration email to create their username and password. Once this is completed, they are able to begin training!

Once we have learning objectives and materials, we aim to make your bespoke training content (10 scenarios) available within 30 working days. Our approach is highly collaborative to create the most effective learning experiences.

To move from Tier 1 to Tier 3 simply add more users via the dashboard. Once you have hit the 250 seat limit of Tier 3, you will need to get in contact with your account manager to upgrade.
