Boosting Mental Health
Mental Health Awareness Week reminds us of the importance of caring for our psychological well-being. VR training has the potential to positively impact mental health by reducing workplace stress whilst increasing levels of engagement. MOONHUB have curated and developed our own well-being app after recognising the growing importance of well-being and the need for accessible tools to support it, we embarked on a mission to create an innovative app that caters to various aspects of a person’s well-being. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and extensive research, we designed this app as a comprehensive solution to help users achieve holistic wellness. To ensure accuracy and effectiveness, Our Well-being app was co-created with Carmanah Mackenzie, a well-being & Performance Coach & Consultant, in a bid to make our workplace a safe and mentally healthy environment.
