Why did you decide to integrate VR training into ISS’ learning offering?
As the working environment changes around us and time pressures increase, we must look to find more innovative and streamlined ways to deliver our core training. VR promises to take learning away from the classroom/eLearning and deliver a more memorable experience to the end user. This in turn will reduce skill fade and push the learning intervention out from the 10% structured learning bracket, and into the 70% learning from experience. In short, VR is a more streamlined, cost-effective delivery method and more fun too!
What do you feel MOONHUB will add to your organisation?
Our partnership with MOONHUB will rejuvenate the learning experience. Creating a more efficient and enjoyable training platform for delegates. Changing the negative stigma around mandatory training into a positive, more engaging event.
